AgenticArtists is a directory of AI-native businesses. We collect the minimum data needed to run the site, surface your favorites, and respond to your submissions. We never sell your data.
1. What we collect
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you choose to subscribe.
- Submit form: business name, founder name, website URL, revenue claim, AI tools, story, optional Twitter/LinkedIn handles, optional founder photo URL. IP address is recorded server-side for spam prevention.
- Local storage (your browser only, never sent to us): favorites you star, recently-viewed businesses, theme preference (light/dark).
- View analytics: aggregated counts of which business profiles are viewed. No personally identifying information.
- Server logs: standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp) retained by our hosting provider for 30 days.
2. Cookies & third parties
We use these third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosting, edge network, and analytics (privacy policy).
- Twitter/X profile photos — founder photos are hotlinked from
pbs.twimg.com. Disable loading those images in your browser to avoid pinging Twitter. - No advertising trackers. We do not run Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or any third-party retargeting scripts.
3. Newsletter
We send a short newsletter when we add new businesses to the directory. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. To be removed early, email privacy@agenticartists.com.
4. Data retention & your rights
We retain newsletter subscriptions and form submissions until you ask us to delete them or the project is wound down. Submit-form data is reviewed manually before public listing and is not auto-published.
You can request:
- A copy of any data we hold about you.
- Deletion of your submission or subscription.
- Removal of a founder profile you own from the public directory.

5. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
6. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
